Given the nature of cultural products and printed books, Dar Al Ain Publishing has a clear return and exchange policy that respects readers’ rights while preserving publication quality.
1. Book Returns
Books can only be returned in the following cases:

The product arrives damaged or with a clear printing defect.

The customer receives a different product from the one ordered.
In these cases, please contact us within 7 business days of receiving the order, and provide a photo of the product along with a description of the issue.
2. Return Conditions

The book must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.

Books purchased during sales or promotions can only be returned if the mistake was from our side.
3. Replacement or Refund Process

If the issue is confirmed, the book will be replaced with a correct or undamaged copy, or a full refund will be issued (based on the customer’s preference).

Dar Al Ain Publishing will cover shipping costs in case of our error, while the customer covers it in all other cases.
4. Digital Books
Digital books and downloadable content are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once delivered, due to their easily reproducible nature.
